Concomitant treatment with non-selective, irreversible monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO-inhibitors) (see Interactions).
Lexapro is contraindicated in patients with known QT interval prolongation or congenital long QT syndrome.
Concomitant treatment with pimozide.
