Indications/Uses
Temporary synovial fluid replacement for patients affected by degenerative or mechanical arthropathy of the hip & knee causing an altered functional performances of the synovial fluid, w/o active synovitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 IA inj. Further treatments after the 1st application may be needed to maintain the benefit of the treatment over time, depending from the individual patient needs.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Infections or skin diseases at inj site.
Special Precautions
Remove any joint effusion prior to administration. For hip inj, it is recommended to perform under ultrasound guidance. For single use. Pregnancy.
Adverse Reactions
Local pain, swelling, heat & redness at inj site. Marked inflammatory reactions.
Drug Interactions
Disinfectants containing quaternary ammon salts. Avoid contemporary administration w/ other IA prep.
