Not recommended to take a shower or bath immediately after application. Avoid concurrent treatment w/ other steroids. Avoid application under occlusive dressings; on large areas of damaged skin, on mucous membranes, or in skin folds. Adverse reactions w/ systemic corticosteroid treatment eg, adrenocortical suppression or impact on metabolic control of DM may occur also during topical corticosteroid treatment due to systemic absorption. Hypercalcaemia may occur if max daily dose is exceeded. Do not use on the skin of the face & genitals. Wash hands after each application to avoid accidental transfer to face, mouth & eyes. Stop treatment if concomitant skin infection worsens. Risk of generalised pustular psoriasis or rebound effects upon treatment discontinuation. Increased risk of local & systemic corticosteroid adverse reactions w/ long-term use. No experience w/ use in guttate psoriasis. Limited experience for use on the scalp. Limit or avoid excessive exposure to either natural or artificial sunlight. Contains butylhydroxytoluene. Patients w/ severe renal or hepatic impairment. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <18 yr.
