Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & childn ≥12 yr 30 mcg (1 inj) IM once a wk, administered at the same time on the same day each wk.

Special Precautions
Risk of allergic reactions. Previous or current depressive disorder, suicidal ideation; epilepsy or other seizure disorders; serious kidney or liver problems; low WBC or platelet count; heart problems. Reports of thrombotic microangiopathy & nephrotic syndrome. May interfere w/ results of blood test. May affect ability to drive or use machines. Pregnancy. Not to be used in childn <12 yr.

Adverse Reactions
Flu-like symptoms (headache, muscle aches, chills, fever); headache. Loss of appetite; feeling weak & tired; difficulty sleeping; depression; flushing; runny nose; diarrhoea; nausea or vomiting; numbness or tingling of skin; rash, bruising of the skin; increased sweating, night sweats; muscle, joint, arms, legs or neck pain; muscle cramps, joint & muscle stiffness; pain, bruising & redness at inj site; changes to blood tests. Serious allergic reactions, depression, liver problems.
Drug Interactions
Possible interaction w/ antiepileptics & antidepressants.
