Mỗi 500 mL dung dịch chứa: NaCl 3.4 g, KCl 0.15 g, MgCl₂ hexahydrate 0.1 g, CaCl₂ dihydrate 0.185 g, Na acetate trihydrate 1.636 g, L-malic acid 0.335 g, nồng độ chất điện giải: Na 140 mmol/L, K 4 mmol/L, Mg 1 mmol/L, Ca 2.5 mmol/L, Cl 127 mmol/L, acetate 24 mmol/L, maleate 5 mmol/L, nồng độ thẩm thấu lý thuyết 304 mOsm/L. Độ pH 4.6-5.4.
