Description:
Mechanism of Action: Lysine is an essential amino acid for normal growth and development. It plays an essential role in the production of carnitine, a nutrient responsible for converting fatty acids into energy, which helps to lower cholesterol. It reduces the availability of arginine in herpes virus-infected cells resulting in slower viral replication. It also helps in the absorption of calcium.
