Treatment of more resistant dermatoses eg, psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque psoriasis), recalcitrant eczema & other conditions nonresponsive to less active steroids.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply small amount to the affected area once or bid. Discontinue therapy when control is achieved.
Long-term therapy. Face may exhibit atrophic changes after prolonged treatment. Avoid contact w/ eyes. Risk of rebound relapses, development of tolerance & generalized pustular psoriasis for local & systemic toxicity (carefully monitor patient when used in psoriasis). Childn & infants. Pregnancy.
Adverse Reactions
Skin atrophy especially w/ occlusion or in skin folds, hypercorticism.
