Indications/Uses
Open angle glaucoma & ocular HTN in adults. Increased eye pressure & glaucoma in all ages of childn & babies.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult (including elderly) & childn 1 drop once daily in the affected eye(s).
Special Precautions
Not for inj. Patients who are about to have or have had eye surgery (including cataract surgery); suffer from eye problems (eg, eye pain, irritation or inflammation, blurred vision); suffers from dry eyes; have severe asthma or the asthma is not well controlled; wear contact lenses; suffered or currently suffering from viral infection of the eye caused by HSV. Avoid in contact w/ soft contact lenses, contains benzalkonium Cl. Overgrowth of non-susceptible microorganisms (prolonged use). Do not drive or use any tools or machines until vision becomes clear again. Not to be used during pregnancy & lactation. Infant <1 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Gradual change in eye colour, redness of the eye, eye irritation (eg, feeling of burning, grittiness, itching, stinging or sensation of a foreign body in the eye), gradual change in eyelashes of & fine hairs around the treated eye. Irritation or disruption to the surface of the eye, eyelid inflammation (blepharitis) & eye pain.
