Increased risk of skin rash w/ allopurinol. May affect efficacy w/ antacids (take at least 2 hr apart). Reduced efficacy w/ chloroquine. Possible reduced contraceptive efficacy w/ OCs. Increased risk of adverse effects w/ probenecid. Possible reduced antibiotic efficacy w/ tetracycline. Increased risk of warfarin toxicity w/ warfarin.
