Indications/Uses
Inflammatory dermatoses, psoriasis, where bacterial infection caused by Staph & Strep are present or likely to occur.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply bd.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Viral skin infections eg, vaccinia, varicella, herpes simplex, TB, acne rosacea, fungal skin infections, perioral dermatitis, ulcerative conditions.
Special Precautions
Discontinue if irritation or sensitization develop. Stasis dermatitis & other skin diseases w/ impaired circulation. Avoid contact w/ eyes. Avoid long-term continuous therapy. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <2 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Hypersensitivity reactions eg, rashes & irritation, burning, itching, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, acneiform eruption, hypopigmentation, skin maceration, secondary infection, skin atrophy, striae & miliaria.
