Benzydamine HCl 3 mg, cetylpyridinium Cl 1.33 mg
Indications/Uses
Temporary relief of painful oral cavity conditions including tonsillitis, sore throat, radiation mucositis, aphthous ulcers, post-orosurgical & periodontal procedures, pharyngitis, swelling, redness & inflammatory conditions.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 loz every 1-2 hr up to max: 12 loz daily. Uninterrupted treatment: Not to exceed 7 days.
Special Precautions
Appropriate antibacterial therapy should be used in case bacterial infection occurs. May cause laxative effect due to excessive consumption of isomalt-containing products. Severe hepatic or renal impairment. Pregnancy & lactation. Not recommended in childn <6 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Oral numbness, burning or stinging sensation, dryness or thirst, tingling, warm feeling in mouth, altered sense of taste.
