Fungal skin infections due to dermatophytes & other dermal infections eg, tinea pedis, cruris & corporis due to Trichophyton rubrum, Tricophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum & Microsporum canis; candidiasis due to Candida albicans.
Discontinue use if irritation or sensitization develops. Not for ophth use. Not recommended for diaper dermatitis. HPA axis suppression; adrenal suppression, Cushing's syndrome, hyperglycemia, glycosuria. Not to be used w/ adhesive & occlusive dressings. High doses & long-term use. Not to be used during pregnancy. Lactation. Linear growth retardation, delayed wt gain & intracranial HTN in childn.
D07CC01 - betamethasone and antibiotics ; Belongs to the class of potent (group III) corticosteroids, in combination with antibiotics. Used in the treatment of dermatological diseases.
