Adult 1-2 spray in each nostril once daily or 1 spray into each nostril qds. Max: 20 sprays daily. Childn 1 spray into each nostril bd-qds. Childn <12 yr Not to exceed 10 sprays daily.
Not for immediate symptomatic relief. TB; sinusitis; nasal passages & paranasal sinuses infections; recent nasal septal ulcers, nasal surgery or trauma. Transferring from systemic corticosteroids. Regular inspection of nasal mucosa at least once yrly. Prolonged use. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <6 yr; growth velocity reduction in ped patients.
