Per 5 mL Diphenhydramine HCl 7 mg, ammon Cl 67.5 mg

Indications/Uses

Relief of cough & alleviation of nasal & bronchial congestion.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Childn 5 mL tds-qds, max: 20 mL daily.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to antihistamines, MAOI therapy. Renal or hepatic impairment. Newborn & prematures.

Special Precautions

Narrow-angle glaucoma, bronchial asthma, hyperthyroidism, CV disease, prostatic hypertrophy, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal obstruction, bladder neck obstruction, G6PD deficiency. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Childn.

Adverse Reactions

Sedation, dizziness, hypotension, muscular weakness, incoordination, GI disturbance, headache, blurred vision, tinnitus, elation or depression, irritability, nightmares, anorexia, difficulty in micturition, dry mouth, chest tightness, tingling, heaviness & weakness of hands.
