Special Precautions
Recent myocardial damage, severe ventricular arrhythmias, CV-associated syncope, prolonged QT interval, hypokalaemia, pregnancy, lactation.

Adverse Reactions
GI upsets; diarrhoea; flatulence; abdominal pain; nausea; vomiting. Hypersensitivity reactions such as angioedema.
Potentially Fatal: Fatal cardiac arrhythmias. |
Drug Interactions
Increased risk of arrhythmias with tricyclic antidepressants, class I or III antiarrhythmics, phenothiazines or drugs that prolong QT interval. Reduced plasma concentrations of ciclosporin when used concurrently.
