Pasien miealoma multiple yg telah mendapat sekurang-kurangnya 1 terapi sblmnya & menunjukkan adanya progresivitas penyakit pd akhir terapi. Pasien dg limfoma mantle cell yang telah mendapat sekurang-kurangnya 1 terapi sblmnya.
IV 1,3 mg/m2 secara inj bolus selama 3-5 dtk sebanyak 2 x/minggu selama 2 minggu (pd hr ke 1, 4, 8, & 11) dilanjutkan dg 10 hr periode istirahat (hr ke 12-21).
Pasien dg respons lengkap yg telah dikonfirmasi direkomendasikan utk mendapat 2 siklus tambahan terapi ssdh dikonfirmasi. Pasien yg memberi respon dan tdk mendapat remisi komplit mendapat total 8 siklus terapi.
