ISK atas & bwh terkomplikasi, infeksi kulit & jar lunak 1 g. Infeksi sal napas bwh 1 atau 2 g. Bakteremia/septikemia & infeksi pd pasien neutropenia 2 g. Semua dosis diberikan tiap 12 jam.
Hipersensitif thd sefalosporin.
Pantau fungsi ginjal selama terapi bersama dg aminoglikosida. Hamil & laktasi.
Reaksi hipersensitivitas, ggn GI, ggn fungsi ginjal & hati, perubahan pd konstituen darah, reaksi lokal pd tempat inj, efek neurologik, superinfeksi.
Aminoglikosida, loop diuretic.
