Indications/Uses

Cough.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult 5-10 mL tds-qds. Childn 6-12 yr 2.5-5 mL tds.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Liver or cardiac disease, bronchial asthma, HTN; MAOI therapy. Childn <2 yr.

Special Precautions

Narrow-angle glaucoma. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery.

Adverse Reactions

Constipation, drowsiness, dry mouth, resp depression (large doses).
