Infant 4-6 mth 4 level scoops to 200 mL warm boiled water, 4 feeds per day; 1-4 mth 3 level scoops to 150 mL warm boiled water, 5 feeds per day; 1-4 wk 2 level scoops to 100 mL warm boiled water, 6-7 feeds per day; 0-1 wk 1 level scoops to 50 mL warm boiled water, 7-8 feeds per day.
