Indications/Uses
Open-angle glaucoma & ocular HTN.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 drop in the affected eye(s) once daily.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Patients w/ aphakic eyes or intraocular lens inserted eyes. Concomitant use w/ tafluprost.
Special Precautions
Active ocular inflammation including iritis/uveitis; angle-closure glaucoma. Macular edema including cystoid macular edema; worsening vision. Contact lenses wearers should remove contact lenses before using & put them back 15 min or longer afterwards. Administer at least 5 min apart if >1 topical ophth product is being used. May affect ability to drive & use machine. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn & adolescents.
Adverse Reactions
Conjunctival hyperemia. Corneal thickening, macular edema including cystoid macular edema, iritis, eye pain, photophobia, ocular discomfort eg, irritation, corneal epithelial disorders.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use w/ tafluprost & other glaucoma/ocular HTN medications eg, timolol maleate.
