Dosage/Direction for Use

Fluconazole 150 mg as a single dose, azithromycin 1 g as a single dose, secnidazole 2 g as a single dose (2 tab of secnidazole 1 g).

Administration

Fluconazole: May be taken with or without food. Azithromycin: Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 1 hr before or 2 hr after meals. Secnidazole: Should be taken with food.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to fluconazole, azithromycin or any macrolide, secnidazole. Do not administer during 1st trimester of pregnancy, or lactation.

Diarrhea, nausea, abnormal taste, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, headache, pseudomembranous colitis.
