Hypotensive states
Adult: As cafedrine 100 mg / theodrenaline 5 mg tablet: 1-2 tablets once or twice daily, reduced after 5-10 days.
Child: As cafedrine 100 mg / theodrenaline 5 mg tablet: 1 tablet in the morning.
Child: As cafedrine 100 mg / theodrenaline 5 mg tablet: 1 tablet in the morning.

Adult: Per ampoule containing cafedrine 200 mg / theodrenaline 10 mg: IM: 1 ampoule once to several times daily; IV:
Slow IV inj (1 mL per minute) of half to one ampoule or 1-5 ampoules added to a 500 mL infusion solution, depending on severity. IV inj reserved for acutely critical cases only.
Child: Per ampoule containing cafedrine 200 mg / theodrenaline 10 mg: IM/IV as a single dose: Infants up to 2 yr: 0.2-0.4 ml; 2-6 yr: 0.4-0.6 ml; older children: 0.5-1.0 ml.
