Indications/Uses

Calcium carbonate is indicated in the following conditions of calcium deficiency: As an adjunct in prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis; prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, osteomalacia in patients with an inadequate calcium intake. Pregnancy and lactation.
