Each soft gelatin capsule contains: Lutein esters calculated as Lutein (of Tagetes erecta) 5.60 mg, Zeaxanthin 324 mcg, R,S-Alpha Lipoic Acid 250 mg.
Optica contains Lutein and Zeaxanthin which are macular pigments that protect the eyes from toxic effects of UV light and may prevent age related macular degeneration and cataract formation. Lutein and Zeaxanthin in combination with Alpha Lipoic acid boosts their activity.
Lutein and Zeaxanthin are critical antioxidant carotenoids for the macula of the eyes. They help to reduce age related increase in the lens density. Lutein and Zeaxanthin may help in maintenance of eye health and eye sight.
1 to 2 capsules a day, or as directed by a healthcare provider. If symptoms persist, seek advice from a healthcare provider.
