Oral
Sleep disorders
Child: 1 mg/kg at night.
Special Precautions
Premature infants or neonates.
Adverse Reactions
Drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation, urinary retention, glaucoma, visual disturbances, hypersensitivity.
Drug Interactions
Increased risk of excessive sedation with antidepressants, hypnotics, other antihistamines, opiates, sedatives, tranquilisers, alcohol.
Lab Interference
May interfere with skin testing.
