Dosage/Direction for Use

250-750 mg twice daily orally, depending on the severity and nature of infection. Dose adjustment is required in patients with renal impairment. A single oral dose of 500 mg is suggested for the treatment of gonorrhoea and prophylaxis of meningococcal meningitis.
