Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to quinolones.
Use in pregnancy & lactation: Since ciprofloxacin causes arthropathy in immature animals, it should not be used in pregnant and lactating women.
Use in children: Ciprofloxacin should not be used in children <15 years.
