Adverse Reactions

The following adverse reactions have been reported & may occur during the use of Maxflow (Tamsulosin HCl): Body as a whole: Headache, infection, asthenia, back pain, chest pain.
Nervous System: Dizziness, somnolence, insomnia, decreased libido.
Respiratory System: Rhinitis, pharyngitis, increased cough, sinusitis.
Digestive System: Diarrhoea, nausea, tooth disorder.
Urogenital System: Abnormal ejaculation.
Special Senses: Blurred vision.
