Indications/Uses
Tinea corporis, tinea cruris & tinea pedis caused by Trichophyton rubrum, T. mentagrophytes & Epidermophyton floccosum; tinea versicolor caused by Malassezia furfur; cutaneous candidiasis caused by Candida spp.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Cutaneous candidiasis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis & tinea versicolor Recommended dose: Apply once daily for 2 wk. Seborrheic dermatitis Apply bd for 4 wk or until clinical clearing.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Gradually w/draw therapy over 2-3 wk. Contains Na sulfite which may cause allergic-type reactions especially in asthmatics. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn.
Adverse Reactions
Application site pruritus, skin burning sensation, application site erythema. Severe itching, burning or irritation on application site; oily or dry scalp, mild hair loss; redness, pain or oozing of treated skin areas; eye redness, swelling, or irritation.
