Contents
Hypromellose, Dextran 70.
Description
Each mL contains: Hypromellose 3 mg, Dextran 70 1 mg.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium borate, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, sterile purified water.
Indications/Uses
An artificial tear treatment for both mucin-deficient and aqueous-deficient dry eye conditions.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Ophthalmic use only.
Instill one or two drops as frequently as required to relieve eye irritation symptoms.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients who have a hypersensitivity to this preparation.
Special Precautions
In occurrence of pain, visual field change, irritation, hyperemia or if ophthalmoxerosis is prolonged more than 72 hours, therapy should be discontinued and patients should consult physician or pharmacist.
If patients use contact lenses, patients should take them off before instillation. Wear contact lenses again in 30 minutes after instilling this preparation.
In the accidental oral dose, immediate measures should be taken by a physician.
Do not use for more than 30 days after opening.
Adverse Reactions
Visual condition getting worse with eye mucus, tear or hyperemia, hypersensitivity could be developed.
Inform a doctor in case of any adverse reactions related to drug use.
Caution For Usage
When using eye drops, the patient should take care not to touch the dropper tip to the eyes to prevent drug contamination. If this preparation is turbid, it should not be used.
Don't have for common use, in order to avoid contaminating the eye drops.
Storage
Store in a tight container at room temperature (1-30°C).
Shelf-Life: 24 months from manufacturing date. Do not use for more than 1 month from opening date.
