Per 5 mL Diphenhydramine HCl 12.5 mg, ammon Cl 125 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg

Indications/Uses

Cough concomitant w/ allergic symptoms eg, sneezing, lacrimation & congestion of the nose.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult 1-2 tsp tds-qds. Childn 6-12 yr ½-1 tsp tds-qds, 2-6 yr ½ tsp tds-qds.

May be taken with or without food.

Hypersensitivity.

Special Precautions

Not recommended in productive, chronic cough, pertussis & bronchial asthma. Patients w/ impaired lung functions, epilepsy, prostate hypertrophy & glaucoma. Do not drive a car or run machines during treatment. Hepatic or renal impairment. Not recommended during lactation, in childn <2 yr, infants or premature babies.
