Should be taken with food: Preferably taken in the morning at meal time. May break along score line for ease of swallowing but not to divide into equal doses.
Administration does not preclude treatment for other anal conditions. Perform proctological exam if symptoms do not subside promptly. Avoid use during pregnancy. Lactation.
