Contents
Per mL Brimonidine tartrate 2 mg, timolol maleate 5 mg
Indications/Uses
Reduction of elevated IOP in patients w/ glaucoma or ocular HTN.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Instill 1 drop in affected eye(s) bd.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Bronchial asthma, severe COPD, sinus bradycardia, 2nd- or 3rd- degree AV block, overt cardiac failure & cardiogenic shock.
Special Precautions
May be absorbed systematically. Same types of CV & pulmonary AR seen w/ systemic β-blockers may occur. Patients w/ severe or unstable & uncontrolled CV or pulmonary diseases. Pregnancy & lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Allergic conjunctivitis, conjunctival folliculosis & hyperaemia, eye pruritus, ocular burning or stinging.
