Management of mild to moderate HTN.

Dosage/Direction for Use
Starting dose: 40 mg once daily. If additional BP reduction is required, use concomitantly w/ a diuretic. Severe renal impairment or haemodialysis Recommended starting dose: 20 mg. Mild to moderate hepatic impairment 40 mg once daily.
