Possible side effects eg, headache, dizziness, headache, fatigue or nausea may affect safety at work & in traffic. Pregnancy. Not to be taken during lactation. Not recommended in childn & adolescents <18 yr. Elderly.
Headache, somnolence, dizziness, nausea, stomach pains, red face w/ sensation of warmth, swollen ankles, oedema & fatigue.
Drug Interactions
Conc may be raised w/ ketoconazole, itraconazole or ritonavir. Conc may be reduced w/ rifampicin; St. John's wort. May strengthen action of other BP-lowering drugs & diuretics. Tacrolimus. Clarithromycin.
