Increased iris pigmentation; eyelid & eyelash changes. Aphakic & pseudophakic patients w/ torn posterior lens cap or macular edema; history of recurrent herpetic keratitis & active herpes simplex keratitis; inflammatory neovascular glaucoma. Remove contact lens prior to administration & reinsert after 15 min. Administer at least 5 min apart if >1 topical ophth drug is being used. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Pregnancy & lactation. Ped <1 yr & preterm infants <36 wk gestation. Childn <3 yr w/ primary congenital glaucoma.
