45 mg once daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs. Severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class C) Initially 30 mg once daily, may be increased to 45 mg once daily based on individual safety & tolerability after at least 4 wk of treatment.
Discontinue use if ILD occurs. Diarrhea; dermatologic reactions. Limit sun exposure. Avoid concomitant use w/ PPIs. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Severe hepatic & renal impairment; patients requiring haemodialysis. Women of childbearing potential should use effective contraception during & at least 17 days after last dose. Not to be used during pregnancy & lactation. Paed <18 yr.
