Indications/Uses
Decreased elevated IOP in patients w/ ocular HTN or open-angle glaucoma.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult including elderly Instill 1 drop into conjunctival sac of affected eye(s) once daily.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Possibility of permanent change in eye colour, periorbital &/or eyelid skin darkening; increase length, thickness, pigmentation &/or number of lashes. Aphakic patients, pseudophakic patients w/ torn posterior lens cap or anterior chamber lenses. Patients w/ active intraocular inflammation; known risk factors for cystoid macular oedema or iritis/uveitis. Concomitant use w/ prostaglandin F2a analogues. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Not to be used during pregnancy. Not recommended during lactation. Not recommended in childn <18 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Ocular hyperaemia. Eye pain, pruritus & irritation, dry eye, iris hyperpigmentation, ocular discomfort.
