Description:
Mechanism of Action: Revaprazan is a proton pump inhibitor that is currently being investigated for the management of gastric and duodenal ulceration, functional dyspepsia and GERD.
Pharmacokinetics:
Absorption: Rapidly absorbed.
Excretion: Plasma half-life: 2.2-2.4 hr.
