Discontinue use if serious reactions or hypersensitivity occur. Avoid contact w/ soft contact lens, eyelids, surrounding areas or other surfaces. Risk of eye irritation, punctate keratopathy &/or toxic ulcerative keratopathy due to benzalkonium Cl. Remove contact lenses prior to application & wait at least 15 min before reinsertion. Allow 5-min interval in concomitant use w/ other topical ocular medicines. Temporary blurred vision may affect ability to drive & use machines. Not recommended in women of childbearing potential & during pregnancy. Not to be used during lactation. Childn <3 yr.
