Tab Adult CINV prevention 1 mg bd or 2 mg once daily for up to 1 wk following chemotherapy, 1st dose w/in 1 hr before therapy.
RINV 2 mg once daily for up to 1 wk following RT, 1st dose w/in 1 hr before therapy.
Inj Adult CINV 1-3 mg slow IV inj over 30 sec or IV infusion over 5 min prior to chemotherapy. Max dose: 9 mg/24 hr.
RINV prevention 1-3 mg slow IV inj over 30 sec or as IV infusion over 5 min prior to RT.
PONV prevention 1 mg slow IV inj over 30 sec prior to anesth induction.
PONV treatment 1 mg slow IV inj over 30 sec. Max dose: 3 mg daily.
Childn CINV 10-40 mcg/kg IV infusion over 5 min prior to chemotherapy, may administer 1 additional dose w/in 24 hr at least 10 min after initial infusion.
