Indications/Uses
Decrease of elevated IOP in adults w/ ocular HTN or open-angle glaucoma.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult including elderly Instill 1 drop into conjunctival sac of affected eye(s) once daily preferably at night. Max: Not to exceed 1 drop daily.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Possibility of permanent heterochromia, periorbital &/or eyelid skin darkening; increased length, thickness, pigmentation &/or number of lashes. Aphakic patients, pseudophakic patients w/ torn posterior lens cap or anterior chamber lenses; known risk factors for cystoid macular oedema or iritis/uveitis. Avoid skin contact. May cause skin irritation due to propylene glycol, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil 40. Remove contact lens prior to application & wait at least 15 min before reinsertion. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Avoid direct exposure in women of childbearing potential or pregnant women. Not to be used during pregnancy. Not recommended during lactation. Childn & adolescents <18 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Ocular hyperaemia. Dry eye, eye pruritus, ocular discomfort.
