Increased insulin requirements by OCs, corticosteroids or thyroid replacement therapy, danazol, β₂-stimulants. Decreased insulin requirements w/ oral hypoglycaemics, salicylates, sulpha antibiotics, MAOIs, SSRIs, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, β-blockers, octreotide or alcohol.
