Decrease elevated IOP in patients w/ ocular HTN or open-angle glaucoma as adjunctive therapy in patients insufficiently responsive to topical β-blockers or prostaglandin analogues or monotherapy in patients intolerant or contraindicated to other IOP-lowering medications.
Discontinue use if conjunctival hyperaemia, conjunctivis & blepharitis occurs. Acute primary angle-closure glaucoma. Remove contact lens before use & reinsert after 15 min. Pregnancy. Avoid use during lactation. Low birth wt infants, newborns, childn.
