Contents
Per 5 mL Ca carbonate 400 mg, Na bicarbonate 150 mg, light Mg carbonate 25 mg, simethicone 83 mg
Indications/Uses
Symptomatic treatment of acid, bile & pepsin oesophageal reflux eg, acid regurgitation, heartburn, indigestion, hyperacidity.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & childn ≥12 yr 10 mL up to tds.
Administration
Should be taken with food: Take after meals & at bedtime.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Pregnancy & lactation. Not recommended in childn <12 yr.
Drug Interactions
Allow 2-hr interval in concomitant use w/ other medicines especially H2-antihistamines, tetracyclines, digoxin, fluoroquinolones, Fe salts, thyroid hormones, ketoconazole, neuroleptics, thyroxine, penicillamine, β-blockers, glucocorticoid, chloroquine, diphosphonates, estramustine.
