Allow 2-hr interval in concomitant use w/ other medicines especially H₂-antihistamines, tetracyclines, digoxin, fluoroquinolones, Fe salts, thyroid hormones, ketoconazole, neuroleptics, thyroxine, penicillamine, β-blockers, glucocorticoid, chloroquine, diphosphonates, estramustine.
