Indications and Dosage
Oral
Chronic myeloid leukaemia
Adult: Initial doses for remission induction: 1-2 mg daily. Maintenance: 0.25-0.75 mg every other day or twice wkly; adjust dose to maintain WBC count between 8000 and 15000/mm3. Doses may vary depending on regimens.

Description:
Mechanism of Action: Carboquone, an alkylating agent, is used in the treatment of malignant neoplasms of the lung, stomach, ovary, lymphomas and in chronic myeloid leukaemia. It is usually administered by IV or intra-arterial route, or by mouth.
